Tool: The 1st part of your life is to hold, the next part of your life is to mold.

When To Use It: At any point you want to change the path your on.

Why Use It: To realize that you can use your previous life experiences as a resource to assist you in achieving your desires. This mindset assists you in navigating where you have come from and using the lessons learned to propel you to the next level.

How To Use It: Sit in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for a minimum of 30 minutes. Necessary – you need your mind to focus on important things and distraction makes it significantly harder to do that – TFYT.
Taking responsibility for the actions you are going to take in order to get where you want to go is big work. It requires you to identify your priorities so you narrow the focus of what you are thinking about in order to eliminate distractions.
It requires you to detach from the emotional intensity of your past and be able to evaluate it with a clear mental mindset to eliminate as many distractions as possible. Use what you have, the 1st part of your life, to get what you want, the 2nd part of your life. Now, use what you can do with the 2nd part of your life to realize what you received in the 1st part in order to move forward.

Your Benefit: You begin moving again. It may only be baby steps, or 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, but you are moving forward rather than standing still.
