TFYT

Tool: BREATHE

When To Use It: Whenever you want to gain control of yourself.

Why Use It: To gain control over yourself. Oxygen is our resource. We get it from inhaling air through our nose and mouth and as it is permeated through our skin. There are several filters in place to assist in purifying the oxygen, but if the air is too polluted, the filters get clogged faster and if they are not cleaned out regularly, they will begin to break down. This is an internal process inside your body that would require food to be the cleaning products and the systems of the body to be the appliance you need to clean. Lemon Water, Tumeric, Coconut Oil and Spinach are some good clean out foods.

Oxygen is the Life Line. No Oxygen, No Life. Poor Oxygen, Poor Life. Good Oxygen, Good Life. Optimal Oxygen, Optimal Life. What Grade of Oxygen are YOU putting in YOUR Tank? What Investments are you willing to make for your Health? If you want your assets to function properly, you must maintain them properly. Proper maintenance includes routinely keeping it clean, checking on systems and upgrading when recommended.

Breathe and Connect – 1st and Most Important Tool in The Toolbox. Without Breathing, We die. Without Connection to Air , which is what We Breathe and Use the Oxygen to Feed Our Cells, We Die. The levels and purity of the Oxygen determine the efficiency of Our Body functioning. Highest levels of oxygen in our cells produces highly efficient bodies with lower levels and purity producing disease and death. Being aware if you are breathing or holding your breathe is also a very powerful, yet overlooked, TFYT. We hold our breathe more often than we realize and are depriving our Body of the oxygen it needs to function at its best, usually due to fear. This is stress, this is when we are in the fight or flight mode. When you are in the fight or flight mode, oxygen doesn’t penetrate to cells to nourish them. This is unhealthy.

How To Use It: A Breathing Exercise:

You Are Asked to Stop What You Are Doing Right Now. Focus on settling your mind and slowing down. Shake everything else off and put it aside for now so you can Feel Present, Mindful and Pay Attention to What You Want to Learn, to Get What You Want To Get, in Life.

To the count of 6, take a slow and steady breath in through your nose, filling your lungs, resting into your diaphragm. Hold for the count of 6, while letting go of the tension in your body, especially in your jaw and forehead, as you exhale through your mouth. The breath may feel forceful at the small opening and that is Ok. Any way YOU breathe is the right way for YOU. Trust your Instincts and follow along to where you find yourself going. Relax and know your are good, right where you are, right now, No Worries. Everything is Going To Be Ok. Really Really.

Repeat 6 Times – Yes, It Takes a little bit of time, and in the fast paced world we live in, we don’t normally slow down that much. 6 breaths are key for so many reasons. Gift Yourself with diligence and don’t cheat – you will understand why after the 6th breath (hint: you will physically feel different if you complete the exercise.)

In this new breath, you can change anything you want to change in your thoughts and then bring those feelings to you now. In that moment, you just experienced what it would feel like if the thing you wanted to happen, happened. Get it? TFYT Practice this one. It’s a winner.

Your Benefit: Your cells will receive oxygen which rejuvenates your entire body, allowing it to function efficiently and effectively, without your mental and emotional interference, if grounding and centering are incorporated, that is. This will allow you to function optimally, leaving free energy to be focused on the task at hand. You will physically feel clearer, calmer and exuberant. The high you get from breathing properly is enlightening.
