ICRA
Integrity, Character, Responsibility, Accountability

ICRA is an opportunity to evaluate Who You Are Being, Your Personal Moral Code of Ethics, What Your Impact is, What Your Standards are and What Your Reputation Is, towards Conscious-Response-Ability.

ICRA is an opportunity for TFYT’s to assist you in becoming aware of your Beliefs and Thoughts about your own Integrity, Character, Responsibility and Accountability and bring you into a mindset that allows you to see what standards you have set up for yourself and in your relationships with others.

When awareness and intention join ICRA, an opportunity is created to become something you are not currently: a more refined version of yourself, with the ability to better control your actions.

What is ICRA?

By Carrie Hadeed – Transformational Mentor

ICRA – Integrity, Character, Responsibility, Accountability

ICRA is an opportunity evaluate:

Who Am I Being, Personal Moral Code of Ethics PMCoE), What’s Your Standard?, What’s Your Impact?, What’s Your Reputation?

ICRA is an opportunity for TFYT’s to assist you in becoming aware of your Beliefs and Thoughts about your own Integrity, Character, Responsibility and Accountability and bring you into a mindset that allows you to see what your PMCoE is, what standards you have set up for yourself and the response back from others in the result of your reputation.

When awareness and intention join ICRA, an opportunity is created to become something you are not currently: a more refined version of yourself, with the ability to better control your actions.

ICRA is an opportunity to see who you are being, how you are behaving, what your responsibilities and privileges are, what you feel you are entitled to, what you have earned, and what your reputation is for having walked that walk.

When you realize that you are responsible for your actions because you acted the way you did, you are in a position to use Your Power in a way you did not previously, thus effecting a different result.

ICRA is a cause and effect dynamic. Who you are to others, directly impacts who they are to you.

ICRA is directly effected by your beliefs, thoughts, expectations, fears, limitations, self-discipline and desire to be accepted, respected and appreciated.

ICRA strengthens when the intention is on the greater good of the greater good, rather than personal gain. It is an opportunity to evaluate your impact into your actions.

Integrity, Character, Responsibility and Accountability engage with conflict when we are required to do what we don’t want to do. Herein, lies the challenge. What are you willing to do? Are you willing to sacrifice now to get what you want later? Or are you willing to preserve now and sacrifice later? The choice is made in every action taken.

Consider this:

Self-Assertion or Integration
Analysis or Synthesis
Rational Knowledge or Intuitive Wisdom
Competition or Cooperation
Expansion or Conservation

What do you choose?

ICRA offers an opportunity to evaluate your value system, standards, criteria and expectations from others.

Are you fair? Do you want more than your willing to give?

When your realize integrity, character, responsibility and accountability is a personal aspect of yourself, you can inherently realize that it applies to everyone else also. That is a huge realization to those who did not realize it previously.

You are ICRA. Your integrity and character identify your responsibilities and accountability.

Your integrity is represented by your character, framed by your values, morals and standards, allowing you to be accountable to your responsibilities.

When incongruent ideas are introduced, ones that conflict with your values, morals and standards, you are in a position to hear new information and accept it as that, or process it against your value system and respond from there. Very different results will occur.

Until the new information is assimilated into your value system and appropriate adjustments are made to value this new information, fear, chaos and confusion can be overwhelming.

What is the relevancy of the new information? Can it be integrated into your value system and be worthy of acceptance? Can the different value systems find a common goal for harmony? Can you find cohesion in the integration of the two value systems? Is one overpowering the other?

The connection between the two value systems is contingent upon a desire from both to reach a place where they resonate with each other.

This requires sacrifices to raise ones standards and be willing to refine themselves through self-discipline. It is in ones best interest to persue the challenges that will grow them into maturity.

This growth can be a painful process, but knowing the result will bring you to a better version of yourself, assist and encourage you to persevere. CAVEAT: Be careful you are not being manipulated and abused by the other value system, actually accepting a lower value than you are worthy of.

It is your responsibility to maintain your ICRA in the face of a lower value system in order to evolve. Each time you experience a lowering of your standards, you are in stagnation until you can overcome the obstacle and rise your value back up.

What are you worth? Who are you engaging with? Who Are You Being?

What is your Conscious-Response-Ability.
