When To Use It: When you want to become aware of something. When you want to know more about something. When you catch-a-tingle and are suddenly aware of new energy around you and you want to explore it. When you realize that you thought something was going to be a particular way at one time, and you no longer feel that way, when you become aware of noticing “that change”, acknowledging it and taking the next step towards getting through it, you will feel a new range of emotions to utilize in propelling you forward – that new range of emotions is the energy of Opportunity Knocking.

Why Use It: To become aware of anything, one must be willing to be exposed to it. We also become aware of things unexpectedly – those things are often harder to figure out and deal with. If you choose to be aware of the new information/situation, you can make conscious choices about what you are going to do about it, if you don’t, random results occur.

How To Use It: Self awareness is a study of neuroscience.

It is human nature challenging human consciousness which relates to Unconscious and Sub-conscious Mind on Automatic Pilot and the Conscious Mind being Manual Overdrive.

Having awareness creates the opportunity to make changes in your behavior and actions through acknowledging your thoughts and beliefs.

Consider the following link and e-mail I found that so simply projected what I wanted to say, that I shared a portion of them – this is just a portion and is incomplete as it stands, there is so much more to this, so much more, but this is the first bite of this elephant to understanding Your Power in Awareness.

Why Develop Self Awareness?
As you develop self awareness you are able to make changes in the thoughts and interpretations you make in your mind. Changing the interpretations in your mind allows you to change your emotions. Self awareness is one of the attributes of Emotional Intelligence and an important factor in achieving success.

Self awareness is the first step in creating what you want and mastering your life. Where you focus your attention, your emotions, reactions, personality and behavior determine where you go in life. Having self awareness allows you to see where your thoughts and emotions are taking you. It also allows you to take control of your emotions, behavior, and personality so you can make changes you want. Take a short moment to consider how important awareness is for each and every one of us:

What we do *without* awareness simply happens on autopilot… unconsciously.

In fact, it seems to “just happen” – as if we didn’t have any part of it – even though *we* are the ones actually doing it.

For instance:

While it doesn’t always seem like it, we actually create…:

• Our feelings…
• Our behavior…
• The meanings around the events of our life…
• The nature of our interactions with other people…
• And so on…

In other words – as much as we may not like to face the fact…:

Even many of the unpleasant consequences you experience in life are created unconsciously BY YOU!

That includes bad feelings, unpleasant encounters with other people, behaviors you later regret, or a failure to act when you know you should.

So without intending to, we often create the very feelings, behaviors and outcomes we *don’t* want…

… simply because we do so completely OUTSIDE OF OUR AWARENESS!

But enough gloominess… Instead, let’s turn this whole notion around for a moment…

When we do, here’s what we discover:

What we create *with* awareness becomes a conscious choice.

Indeed, when you have enough awareness…

• You actually see how your mind creates your feelings and behaviors — and then, because of that awareness, you can consciously choose to create positive and empowering feelings.

• You actually see how you sabotage yourself — and then you can consciously choose to stop doing it.

• You actually see how you create your own procrastination, or failure to act when you know you should — and then you can consciously choose to take the actions you know you should take.

So clearly, this kind of awareness is key if we want to make empowering changes.

So how do you gain it if you feel you’re a little short on it?

Well, sometimes technology can help accelerate the process and take a lot of potential struggle out of the equation.

And there’s an interesting tool I’d like you to try out to see how it works for you:

Often times, We Say one thing but are really thinking another. The stronger thought will win weather you want it to or not. The stronger frequency entrains the weaker one. You can say you don’t have a problem but everyone else can feel the tension around you. Just ‘Cause You Say It, Don’t Make It So (TFYT).

What do you want to achieve? Train your thoughts to positively seek that which will give you the results you want and act on it. It comes from the inside first, then you will see the results both mentally and physically – add the nutritional and spiritual aspect also and you will be dumbfound – with the Lord, all things are possible – ask Him for blessings and you shall receive – it is up to you to act, though, – the Lord isn’t going to tighten your muscles, you must.
