Reflection Projection

Reflection Projection Therapy (RPT) is a modality for Self-Awareness using Retrospection. One of it’s many benefits is that it allows a means to identify and evaluate your own mood/vibe/attitude/disposition through triggers, aspect play, mirror work, witness/participant role play and so much more, and grow from it. TFYT

What you see in someone else is a reflection back to you of how you perceive yourself based on the boundaries you have set and enforce. Those boundaries protect us from life. They are both conscious and subconscious. They are both helpful and limiting. They are based on beliefs, thoughts, feelings and emotions and this edge, determines what you are willing to accept, and what you are not. What boundaries you have set and enforce for yourself will effect how you interact with others and the choices you will make. Your decisions and choices are a direct result of what you believe, think, feel, emote and act on according to your boundaries, also know as limitations and limited beliefs. How you see someone else, is funneled through your own perceptions and seen through your own life experiences, and not theirs. When you open up to attentively listening to someone else, you can hear them from their own life perspective, potentially enhancing your own life. But until then, are not responding to them, you are responding to your own thoughts. Not the same experience.

The ability to see life as a reflection back to you, rather than a reflection of you, is a HUGE ADVANCED TFYT.
